Founded
in 1998
by Dr. Arthur P. Ginsburg, Visual
Forensics specializes in forensic computer simulations and
presentations
in support of trial attorneys and expert witnesses. Computer
simulations produced by Visual Forensics have been featured on
CBS,
ABC, CNN and numerous affiliate networks. Among these features
is a
segment on CBS's television news show, 60 Minutes,
covering the
simulation Visual Forensics produced for the United
States vs. Ashby case in which a US marine jet struck a
gondola
cable in Italy. Visual Forensics has also been highlighted in
articles
appearing in the New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle and
several
trade magazines and legal publications.
Our
Mission
Visual Forensics' purpose is to
educate, impact
and persuade judges and juries to our client's perspective on
key theories
and strategic viewpoints. We apply engineering, vision
science, 3D animation
and graphic arts to create scientifically accurate, visually
compelling
computer simulations and presentations for use in the
litigation process.
